Our Apartments are all with balcony, mountain or sea-view for 4/5 persons consists of a bedroom, a living-dining-room with extendable sleep sofa and kitchen, bath with shower cubicle, telephone, TV with Satellite, underground parking, parking lots and lockable Bike available.

Bed linen extra: € 10,00 p.p. / Cleaning extra: € 25,00 per appartment
Children under the age of 10 are free of charge.

A deposit of € 100,00 is required and refundable at the end of your stay.

You can print or send/receive fax in our reception. You can leave your rubber dinghy/boats in S. Nicolò Harbour (on charge, if authorized).
